Rock garden designed by Nek Chand. The initial creation was completely illegal - a development in a forbidden area. However, the sheer beauty meant that it was legalized and Nek Chand became celebrated artist.

Pinjore Gardens - 15 km from Panchkula, on the Chandigarh Shimla road houses a mini zoo, historic places, Japanese garden, nursery and a number of picnic spots.

Chandi Mandir : Famous temple located at a distance of about 15 kms from Chandigarh
